Appointments

Same day appointments are welcomed based on availability. For a weekend appointment or for a particular time it is recommended to call five to seven days in advance. A major credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve your appointment. Parties larger than two please reserve your appointment two weeks in advance. We have both male and female therapists on staff so if you have a preference please notify us upon booking your appointments. Arriving 20-minutes early will allow you time to relax and get the most out of our amenities and services. Appointments that arrive late will still be charged full price.

Cancellation

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, please give a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation so that we may be able to accommodate another client in your place. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a full charge to your credit card or your gift cCertificate. Appointments booked and canceled on the same day will result in a 50% charge to your credit card or gift certificate.

Children and Cell Phones

To ensure ideal relaxation and complete satisfaction for you and all of our guest, children and cell phones are not permitted in the Spa area. For safety reasons, we ask that children under 10 be accompanied by an adult when in the reception area.

Gratuity

If you enjoyed your service(s) at the Village Day Spa it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to the Massage Therapist or Esthetician in cash only.

Location

Your refuge for relaxation is located at 45 Kraft Avenue in Bronxville, NY on the second floor.Conveniently located parallel to Pondfield Road and a block south from the Bronxville Movie Theater.

Parking

We offer free parking in the rear of the building in letter spots I or J. If spaces are not available,free parking is available on Kraft Avenue by St. Joseph,s church and metered parking is available on Kraft Ave. Village Day Spa is not responsible for parking tickets.
